Our classic menu features fish and venison, while the vegetarian menu offers a complete meat-free alternative. Both menus can be complemented by optional wine pairings carefully selected for each course.

Private New Year’s Eve dinner for up to 18 guests
Celebrate the final evening of the year in private, surrounded by family, friends or your chosen guests. The separate Jay Room at Deer Restaurant will be exclusively yours for the evening.

Important information
- Payment in advance: Payment for the tasting menu is required to confirm your booking. Bookings cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received. Optional wine pairing can also be paid for in advance.
- Two dinner times: 18:00–21:00 – guests booked for 18:00 are kindly asked to finish their dinner by 21:00. The second dinner time starts at 21:15.
- Drinks: The tasting menu price does not include other beverages, except for any separately purchased wine pairing. Additional drinks will be charged according to the current drinks menu.
